We are relaunching our patient participation group. The patient group is open to any registered patient to join and is your opportunity to help develop and shape local health services by giving us your views.

Our Patient Participation Group meets twice a year to help our practice improve its services. They recently helped devise a questionnaire to obtain feedback for our reception team. We currently have three members but are looking to expand. The group works with the practice to support health promotion and respond to the needs of all patients who use our practice. Do you have the enthusiasm to help us improve services? Do you have any skills we may be able to use? If so let our receptionist know you would be interested to join.
