If you arrive late, the doctor may not be able to see you.
This is because:
- Each appointment time is needed to give every patient proper care
- Delays can cause long waiting times for everyone
- Clinicians may have other patients, home visits, or urgent duties scheduled
What happens if you’re late?
- Less than 5 minutes late: We will try our best to fit you in
- More than 5–10 minutes late: You may be asked to rebook your appointment
