Have You Recently Had a Test Requested by the Practice?
If you’ve recently had a test arranged by our practice, we kindly ask that you check your results.
Results may be communicated via:
- A text message from your doctor
- The NHS App (if you’d like assistance setting up the app, our reception team is happy to help)
- By calling the surgery between 4:00 and 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday
If you haven’t received your results within four weeks, please contact the surgery. You can do this by:
- Submitting an online form click here
- Speaking with our reception team
Please note: The practice can only review and discuss test results for investigations we have requested. For tests or investigations arranged by the hospital, please follow up directly with the hospital.
