Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges, for example:
- Insurance claim forms
- Private sick notes
- Letters to non NHS agencies
- Medical for pre-employment
Please allow up to 10 working days to process private/non-NHS requests. Please note the practice cannot be held responsible if we are unable to arrange an appointment for medical within the time scale you require. In these cases, you may wish to seek a private medical service.
