We no longer provide a drop in baby clinic, babies will now be seen on an appointment basis only.
It is important your child continues to receive their routine immunisations and you are given the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have about your baby/child. Our baby clinic at Shaftesbury medical centre is held on a Tuesday morning and a Wednesday morning at Church view surgery.
Vaccinating your child protects them from serious illnesses and Dr Taylor and partners strongly recommend all children are fully immunised. We can offer appointments for vaccinations on various days.
It is important that you register your baby at the practice at your earliest convenience. To do this you will need to complete a registration form at the practice. Please ensure you have the baby’s NHS number when completing the form, this can be found in the baby’s red book.
Please note the nurse giving the immunisations will require parental consent, if neither parents are attending please provide written consent.
