Our practice is now using a new online consultation tool called PATCHS.

Non-urgent advice:

PATCHS is available for all patients to use. You do not need a login and it can be used to request an appointment, get advice on your health concerns or send us an administrative request. It can be used Monday to Friday, from 8.15am until our capacity is reached, we will action your submission by the end of the following working day. If you do not need urgent help from us, this is a great alternative to calling the surgery.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
